Project-specific services, pricing and deliverables are governed by the client's accepted Proposal & Quote and Website Design Agreement.
2. Use of This Website
By using this website you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly.
You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems.
- Upload malicious software or harmful code.
- Copy or reproduce Northflow's original content, branding or design without permission.
- Use this website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

4. Quotes & Payments
Quotes are prepared based on the information supplied by the client.
Unless otherwise stated, quotes remain valid for 30 days.
Projects normally begin once the Proposal & Quote has been accepted, the Website Design Agreement has been accepted and the agreed deposit has been received.
Additional work requested outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, branding, content, images, approvals and any required access credentials.
Delays in supplying information or approvals may affect the project timeline.
The client is responsible for ensuring they have the right to use all content supplied to Northflow.
6. Website Ownership & Intellectual Property
Clients retain ownership of all content, branding, logos, photographs and other materials they provide.
Northflow retains ownership of its own development methods, reusable components, templates and technical know-how.
Website ownership, technical management and any future transfer are governed by the Website Design Agreement.
7. Hosting & Third-Party Services
Websites may use third-party services including hosting providers, payment processors, analytics platforms, booking systems and other external technologies.
Northflow is not responsible for outages, pricing changes or service interruptions caused by independent third-party providers.
Third-party subscription fees or ongoing service costs remain the client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
8. Website Handover
Where applicable, Northflow can assist with transferring eligible website files and technical assets to another provider.
Website migrations may require additional work and may be quoted separately depending on the complexity of the project.
Outstanding balances must be paid before any website handover is completed.
9. Limitation of Liability
Northflow will provide its services with reasonable care and skill.
However, Northflow does not guarantee specific business results, including website traffic, enquiries, sales or search engine rankings.
Northflow is not responsible for losses resulting from third-party services, client-provided information or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Privacy & Cookies
Northflow processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Information about cookies and similar technologies can be found in the Cookie Policy.
11. Changes to These Terms
Northflow may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
